Join us for Healing with Horses, Art therapy, Mini Massage, Infar Red Therapy, Sound Healing, Meditation/ Journaling Practices, Hape’, Cacao Ceremony, Mini Facials, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, Acupuncture & Yoga.

Modalities that embody intention to balance the Mind Body & Spirt.

The day will include some variation of the below:

~ A welcome circle: We will begin our day by forming a sacred circle, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to share your intentions and aspirations for the day ahead.

​~ A Breathwork practice, quietening the busy mind, releasing tensions and feeling your life force.

~Vinyasa Yoga to ground into the space, your body and each other.

​~ Guided Meditation & time for silence, allowing you to tune in and become still enough to hear the quiet voice within.

​~ A rejuvenating sound bath session, where the harmonious vibrations will wash away tension, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply restored.

~ Mini Massage to include hands, feet & or head during circle (options for full massage at additional cost)

~Mini Facials-the holistic practice of cleansing the face with nontoxic or organic facial cleanser accompanied with a relaxation technique to improve lymphatic drainage & reduce stress.

~ Cacao Ceremony-The drink of the Gods.

~ Hapé (Rapé): Amazonian Hapé (Rapé) is the preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. Hapé is typically made with mapacho – Hapé elicits a feeling of alertness and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects allowing for a deep meditated & grounded state of being.

~ Horse Medicine- Join us as we meditate in the pasture with the horses while also experiencing the medicine & healing effects of these magical sentient beings

~Acupuncture- Acupuncture is the ancient Chinese practice of inserting needles (option to do needleless) in specific points on the body to manipulate the flow of energy or Qi.

~Ecstatic Dance-free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey or just having fun. The music follows a wave form, starting slow, moving to a peak, and descending into stillness. No dance experience is necessary.

As with all the spaces we hold you can take part in everything or nothing, whatever feels good and nourishes YOU is what’s important.

After each activity we will allow time for integration, a key component to processing, assimilating and allowing for true change to be embodied.

We will be offering the services of more than 4 different certified & licensed facilitators. If you don’t choose to participate in a particular activity we have horses on site, 13 acres, a nature preserve & Big Darby Creek behind the sanctuary for you to roam upon, or you can hold space as the other women unfold.

The food we offer will be high vibrational, nourishing, organic, and wholesome offering gluten free, vegetarian, and or vegan options in addition. Serving Lunch at 1pm and fresh fruit, veggies & snacks throughout the day. Ending with a lovely candlelight dinner honoring ourselves and the day.

We are only offering 20 spaces of which only 2 are left to insure a more intimate experience for each woman.

Please note my beloved a soft & safe man will be present throughout the day as needed offering support as well as facilitating Sound Healing. He will step out during more intimate settings, but having the presence of a healing, safe male offers a balanced energetic footprint for both the feminine & masculine. Please bring with you a small blanket, eye mask, yoga mat, journal, pen, picture of yourself as a small child, and a water bottle for maximum comfort.
