This Winter there is no better energetically aligned day than one numerically assigned 123!!! Time to Blast off into outer space ladies & remember why you are here on this sweet earth during a most auspicious time to be alive. I promise it’s not to just pay bills, work 40 hours per week & die!

At A Sacred Sanctuary all our retreats are organically curated with intention to heal, activate & expand the Mind, Body & Spirit. This intention allows for remembrance as to why you are here and what your true purpose may be.

We will be offering the sacred services of up to 4 different certified & licensed facilitators throughout the day. If you don’t choose to participate in a particular activity we have horses on site, 13 acres, a nature preserve & Big Darby Creek behind the sanctuary for you to roam upon.

As with all the spaces we hold you can take part in everything or nothing, whatever feels good and nourishes YOU is what’s important.

​The day may include but not limited to:

~ A welcome circle: We will begin our day by forming a sacred circle, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to share your intentions and aspirations for the day ahead.

​~ A Breathwork practice that quiets the busy mind, releases tensions and activates your DNA & purpose so you can remember why you are here.

~Vinyasa Yoga to ground into the space, your body and each other.

​~ Guided Meditation & time for silence, allowing you to tune in and become still enough to hear the quiet voice within. Followed by Inner Child Journaling.

​~ A rejuvenating sound bath session, where the harmonious vibrations will wash away tension, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply restored.

​~Women’s Wellness Coaching-as it pertains to the cultivation & use of sexual energy, orgasm, libido, hormones….

~ Mini Massage to include hands, feet & head or shoulders, neck, scalp…

~ Art Therapy- more details to come…

~ Hapé : Amazonian Hapé is the preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. – Hapé elicits a feeling of clarity, grounding and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects but is not hallucinogenic. Hape is often used to transform your spiritual practice, helping you align your energy, release negative patterns, and connect deeply with oneself by way of a highly respected indigenous plant medicine.

~ Horse Medicine- Join us as we meditate in the pasture with the horses while also experiencing the medicine & healing effects of these magical sentient beings.

​~Ecstatic Dance-What if you could process stress, unlock creativity, and reconnect with your body, just by dancing? No choreography, no pressure, just movement. That’s the essence of ecstatic dance. It’s not about getting the steps right, it’s about getting real with yourself.

​~Tarot Readings-A reader will be on site offering tarot readings for 5-10 min’s free per person throughout the day. If you would like an extended reading, there will be a small fee.

After each experience we will allow time for integration, a key component to processing, assimilating and allowing for true transformation to be embodied.

The food we offer will be high vibrational, nourishing, organic as possible, and wholesome offering gluten free if needed as well as vegetarian/vegan. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please message us directly with that information prior to January 16th. Coffee, Tea, water & snacks provided as well.

We are only offering 20 spaces to insure a most intimate experience is had by each woman.

Saturday Arrivals begin 8:30-8:45am. Retreat begins at 9am- Lunch served around 1pm. Retreat ending at 5pm- Full agenda emailed upon registration.

Signing a waiver is required in order to participate.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, eye mask, journal, pen, water bottle, small blanket, picture of yourself as a small child and anything else to insure maximum confort.

A Sacred Sanctuary is a sober space; no alcohol or drugs allowed on property.
