“Come get High on your Own Supply” No alcohol, or drugs needed High on Life via the Breath of Life!!!

12/12 is a powerful time to focus on what you wish to create and manifest. This is a powerful time where we can re-write our personal story as well as helping the collective shift into a new story of light. This is a time where there is an increased influx of cosmic light upon the earth-plane. This is a powerful moment to open to receive powerful light and ascension codes. That day has the potential to awaken DNA and activate your Divine Essence, your Cosmic Christ Consciousness.

We will begin the afternoon with Transformational Breath work. Transformational Breath work has a plethora of mental, physical & spiritual benefits that few other practices can rival. While the physical practice is uncomplicated, the effects, on the body, mind, and spirit are profound. By enabling the free flow of oxygen throughout the body, your nervous system, mind, physical body and spirit are heightened and enlightened.

Therapeutic Art is well known to assist the human in traversing areas of the brain previously unreachable, post experiencing healing modalities such as Transformational Breathwork.

Once we have spent adequate time integrating the Breathwork practice we will all gather at the Creation Station where you will have the opportunity to view Sacred geometric shapes & symbols, followed by the creation, painting or personal designing of these Sacred geometric shapes or symbol of your choice or as a 2nd option the creation with clay that you will then take home with you.

While we are creating a certified sound healer will be playing sound healing instruments that are tuned to 432 hertz to include the Native American Flute, Hand Pan, Duduk, and the Didgeridoo filling the atmosphere with sound healing frequencies to encourage & stimulate the brains right & left hemispheres for creative & healing purposes.

During this time light refreshments & finger foods will be offered. Organic as possible, & High vibrational. made with Love.
