Transformative and Empowering Day at A Sacred Sanctuary What an incredible day was the Women’s “Awaken Your Soul” Revive and Retreat.
First of all, what a peaceful location and setting for this day. Therapy horses, beautiful landscape and wonderfully gifted facilitators Traci Gallagher and Jules Brainard made it all a truly special and transformative healing space.
The day was filled with unique and enriching experiences: sound healing, acupuncture, yoga, breath work and even an ice bath! Experiencing the ice bath was so empowering, I felt like Wonder Woman afterward! The day was warm and the sun felt so good warming my body after the ice bath, others found the sauna or the hot tub a welcome warming space afterwards.
The sense of community was truly special, women of all ages supporting and uplifting each other while sharing about our journeys through life. The nourishing and healthy food and freshly crafted juice blends were absolutely delicious, adding to the care and thoughtfulness of the day.
I made meaningful connections that I hope will last a lifetime, and I am looking forward to attending more offerings in the future. If you’re looking for a space or help to heal, grow and connect, I encourage you to attend an event at A Sacred Sanctuary.
Sessions with Traci have been so beneficial in my healing journey that I continue to travel over two hours (each way) for sessions with her. I love the way she combines Reiki, Sound, and Essential oils making the experience quite unique. I highly recommend Traci at A Sacred Sanctuary. I attended your wonderful Healing Workshop Friday evening, which I thoroughly enjoyed! It gave me a sense of renewal, just in that short period of time. It was so worth the drive for me, and gave me such warm and fond memories to reflect on. I can only imagine the impact your additional Healing services make with those who take advantage of them. I felt a calmness and energy boost this weekend after attending and am grateful that I listened to my inner voice of encouragement and took the liberty to pursue your event.
I cannot recommend A Sacred Sanctuary enough! I have participated in four different events at A Sacred Sanctuary to include a drum circle, and a Ma’Heo’O Reiki class. I learned so much and loved them all. I also had the best full day one on one sessions with Traci. I spent the whole day with Traci as she guided and supported me on my healing journey even further than I could have imagined. She also helped me in an area I had been blocked for awhile. I am now back on track, working hard and will soon be going back to A Sacred Sanctuary for another full day session with Traci. A Sacred Sanctuary is such peaceful space filled with magic, beautiful people and 2 of the sweetest horses, Indigo and Journey. A Sacred Sanctuary is just one of my favorite places to be.
A Sacred Sanctuary, a spiritual oasis born of Traci’s vision, is a beautiful, peaceful, supportive environment for one’s spiritual growth as well as a nurturing space to learn and have fun with like minded souls. It’s impossible to describe how healing it is just to enter this nurturing haven and when Traci greets you with her warm smile that comes from deep within, you know you’re in a very safe place as well. Her reiki treatments are a sheer blessing. Her patience and intuition seamlessly guide each of us in class at our own pace. Drum Circles are a blast and leave me feeling like dancing for days after. If you’ve entertained the notion of coming for any of the services, classes or events offered, please come. You’ll be very glad you did.
This place is truly a sanctuary! Traci’s warm presence, bright light, and reverence for the sacred created a unique healing experience for me. The geography of the property with a rolling hill and two water sources is beautiful. Our time on Darby Creek was rejuvenating. The horses brought a special energy to our time there. I’m so grateful that you are sharing your healing energy! You are truly a blessing ♥️
Traci, thank you for all the work you have put into my healing journey. After just one Reiki session I lifted my arm above my head for the first time in 5 years. The other work you are helping me with and guiding me through is so appreciated. Your classes are even top notch, educational, and a very safe space. I attended my first ever Reiki session at A Sacred Sanctuary with Traci and absolutely loved every minute of it! Traci did an amazing job to help make me feel welcomed and comfortable in a new experience. She incorporated sound healing, meditative music, and essential oils in our session together. We then discussed what came through during the session and answered any questions I had. I truly have never felt more relaxed or fell that deep into a meditative state which was an exciting experience for me that I felt I really needed to start my healing process. I would highly recommend her and am looking forward to another session!!
I’ve been on a mystical journey, learning who I am at a soul level, and exploring the deeper meaning of life since I entered my 40s. Traci was recommend by a friend, on a similar journey and insisted I go to see her. I’ve had energy healing done by several practitioners, but I was very impressed with her intuitive abilities. Anything she’s recommended to me, I either had been doing, or had awareness that I needed to. I’ve experienced some positive shifts in my life, since I began seeing her. A few months ago, I was having some behavioral issues with my 13 y/o daughter. I was struggling! I had several different healers to choose from, but my intuition kept saying, “It’s Traci”. Ella has had reiki and a couple of horse therapy sessions, and when I say that I have a different child, I mean it! This was a much better alternative than traditional therapy, which was the route we were planning to take. Wherever you are on your journey, Tracie is sure to be a valuable way-shower. Not to mention, Sacred Sanctuary feels like walking into heaven. The smells, the sounds, the crystals… It’s a unique experience. I cannot recommend Traci enough!
Traci is such a a beautiful soul and the sacred sanctuary is my absolute favorite safe space for healing. It’s so beautiful her and her husband work together to help others heal with sound therapy and Traci lifted years of emotional and physical distress with one session now I live a more clear and understanding life without the trauma I was carrying around. I never expect to have such a healing release in a group setting. The space Traci and Timmy have created is so peaceful and welcoming. If you are wanting to put in the work to heal and grow as a person, expand on who you are, or are just trying to find the light…. then these are the exact people you need by your side! I brought my dog, who I felt may be ready to be put down, to Traci for her to communicate with. The experience that I had with the discussion was very real and heart felt. There were things only my dog would be able to say, know, hear, and reflect on that Traci mentioned and had written down even before the actual meeting with Diamond. I am happy to report that Diamond is only in need of some anti inflammatories, and rest from her job and she is not ready to leave us. She also mentioned that Diamond would like to delve even deeper in her work with my autistic daughter and start speaking for her with button communication. My daughter is non verbal. Not only did diamond tell Traci she worked with a child of disability, but she told her she couldn’t talk. She knew that I kept families together and adopted sibling groups. She also knew that diamond had hurt herself thinking she could be more active than she could and that was part of the source of pain. Diamond shared with Traci her age, who she has been for most in my family, and even that she was the matriarch of the family- I have two other dogs too, and diamond IS the matriarch. The energy and calmness that I felt during our session was the reassurance I needed that my dog was happy, healthy, and not ready to be put down. Traci has a real gift and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her communicate with any of my animals at any time when I am wondering what they need or feel.
