Come experience Neurographic Art Therapy, a meditative art practice designed to connect your conscious with the unconscious mind working through stress, anxiety, over thinking & personal challenges at A Sacred Sanctuary.
Neurographic Drawing is an expressive art technique that rewires the brain developed by Russian Psychologist, Pavel Piskarev in 2014. It is designed to help people connect their conscious with their unconscious mind working through anxiety, stress, over thinking, emotions, and personal challenges. The process combines psychology and art therapy, using specific techniques to create lines, shape and color to create abstract images that resemble the neurons in the brain.
Jill is an authentic and gifted intuitive who leads others toward connection with their own higher self through the meditative modalities of Neurographic artmaking and energy healing. She has a BFA -Minor in Art Therapy from the Columbus College of Art and Design an MA in Art Education from The Ohio State University & 30 years teaching experience with humans of all ages.

How to Raise Your Consciousness: A Step-by-Step Guide & Workshop at A Sacred Sanctuary a Wellness & Retreat Center dedicated to assisting humanity in raising their consciousness, the ascension process, and truth!
Join us Saturday afternoon March 28th from 2-4pm for an enlightening workshop with other like-minded souls on the path of self-discovery where together we will learn what is Consciousness, how to raise it, and why’s it’s beneficial to do so.
When our consciousness is at lower levels, your awareness is fragmented, reactive, and fear based. You live in a mental loop, feeling separate from others, disconnected from intuition, and driven by survival mechanisms.
But as consciousness expands, your experience shifts from:
- Conflict → Curiosity
- Judgment → Presence
- Fragmentation → Wholeness
- Egoic identity → Universal awareness
And this expansion isn’t just spiritual — it’s also biochemical, neurological, emotional, and social.
During this workshop we will discuss scientific facts, spiritual techniques as well as physical facts and practices commonly used in successfully raising your consciousness. The types of consciousness from separation to Christ & even Unity Consciousness.
When boiled down, raising your consciousness is about bringing awareness into your life. In other words, much like mindfulness, raising your consciousness is about finding yourself at the moment and seeing everything for what it is.
Instead of looking at things through your personal preferences and the conditions brought on you by your upbringing and society, you see things as they truly are.
But that is such a simple answer, and if you’re truly diving into what raising your consciousness means, you probably want more and this workshop is for you.
Raising your consciousness simply means becoming in tune with the world within you and the world without. Doing so can have a ton of great benefits to your life, including allowing you to live it to its fullest.
We will provide a Step-by-step informative guide, a guided meditation with the intention to create mindfulness, and time for questions and discussion.
Please bring with you a journal, pen, water bottle, small blanket & eye mask for meditation.
