Join us for an intimate exclusive afternoon of connection, remembrance, healing and education alongside the world’s most healing & sentient beings, the horse! As we explore our boundary setting abilities or lack thereof, our beliefs and how they create our boundaries, and how these magical sentient beings can assist us with establishing healthy boundaries, and the healing of our hearts!!!

2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse, it’s the perfect energy, and background for healing with horses! We will explore what the Fire Horse year means for the collective as well as each participant in attendance.

Edgar Cayce, the 20th‑century American psychic and healer, is credited with a prophecy nearly 100 years old that humanity will one day need to “return to the horse” to rediscover its soul. Cayce’s vision was not about horses as mere animals or tools, but as spiritual guides, mirrors, and living bridges between humanity’s modern disconnection and its true self!

Cayce foresaw a time when:

  • Humanity would be lost in machines and spiritual disconnection.
  • The horse would become a silent master — a carrier of a frequency that restores balance between body, mind, and spirit.
  • The human–horse relationship would shift from transportation to emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing.

We will begin our day in a sacred circle where introductions will take place along with our intentions for the day.

From here we will introduce our wellness offering on boundaries & beliefs inside the sanctuary followed by a light lunch offering vegetarian options, soup, salad, fruit, organic as possible, high vibrational and made with love. Followed by entering the horse pasture where we will begin with a breathing technique to ground ourselves, and a meditation to connect us to the land, the horses, and our bodies. Each participant will then be given the opportunity to connect with the horses in whatever manner they feel comfortable. We will then all participate in exercises with the horses’ establishing boundaries, setting boundaries, leading by example, teamwork, confidence & follow through.

This workshop might be for you if:

You have a hard time saying no, do you often feel disrespected, do you constantly take care of others, do you feel burnt out, struggle to have your own opinion…these are all outcomes derived from a lack of healthy boundary setting.

‘Boundaries are compassion in action’ -Nirajamani, Why? Because some behaviors are harmful to others and to yourself, so they therefore require action.

The key to healthier relationships is innerstanding how to establish boundaries. Boundaries are expectations and needs in different areas of human experience that help a person feel safe and comfortable in their relationships.

Fundamentally there are 7 types of boundaries. We will discuss each one and provide examples on how & why to set each one.

Intellectual boundaries: Preferences related to how opinions, thoughts, and conversational topics are shared and addressed.

Emotional boundaries: What, where, and how much a person shares their emotional life and how your own and others’ emotional needs are handled.

Sexual boundaries: How sexual matters are talked about, when, where, and how sexual material is presented, and consent related to sexual or sexually suggestive words, jokes, images, gestures, or touch.

Time boundaries: How you relate to your own and others’ time and how time-related needs and preferences are treated.

Material boundaries: Treatment of possessions and property, preferences and needs regarding possessions and property and how possessions and property are shared.

Physical boundaries: Physical body, personal space as experienced through your senses and preferences for respect, privacy, closeness, and touch.

A person with healthy boundaries can say “no” to others when they want to, but are also comfortable opening themselves up to
intimacy and close relationships.

A person who always keeps others at a distance (whether emotionally, physically, or otherwise) is said to
have rigid boundaries. Alternatively, someone who tends to get too involved with others has porous
boundaries.

During the workshop we will cover the following material in general:

What are boundaries?

How to set healthy boundaries

Examples of healthy boundaries

Personal and emotional boundaries

Exercises to practice setting healthy boundaries

Beliefs and how they shape our boundary setting ability or lack thereof

Boundaries are interpersonal limits shaped by personality, culture, context, beliefs, & trauma.

Boundaries & Beliefs are built upon the same foundation typically; therefore, we will discuss our belief system in general and what roll it plays in our boundary setting practice.

We will then take to the horse pasture to live out these real-life physical boundaries by way of a 1,000 pound being.

The same being who is a huge mirror reflecting your true inner most emotions, feelings and beliefs without judgment, without words, without touch even should you choose.

This intimate experience is only for 6 women. We limit this experience for multiple reasons most importantly to ensure each woman has a personal experience with the facilitators, and equines. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Registration is required prior to event.

No experience necessary.

Come as you are with an open heart & mind

Signing of a waver is required in order to work with the equines.

We ask that you refrain from wearing any perfumes, or synthetic fragrances as horses are sensitive and react to them.
