Join us for an evening of Glow in the dark Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & Self Love Ceremony, Sound Healing & Connection on the 2/22 a powerful portal day!

We will begin the evening with a DJ facilitated & curated ecstatic dance session.

Together we will write and draw with nontoxic glow in the dark markers on your t-shirt, arms, or pants even decorating each one individually with your own creative expression. Wear glow sticks glow necklaces, glow bracelets or whatever helps enhance your Glow 🙂

After our dance session we will sit in a sacred circle and enjoy a Cacao & Self Love ceremony.

Following the Cacao ceremony with hearts open wide we will begin writing positive affirmations on our shirts, bodies, paper or whatever you choose to decorate celebrating each other using nontoxic glow in the dark markers and words such as Compassion, Love, Acceptance, Surrender & Joy. Once our decorations are ready, we will flow into a Yin or Restorative Yoga practice under the black lights Glowing & Flowing while enjoying the sounds of over 15 different immersive 432 hertz sound healing instruments.

Please wear or bring a plain white t-shirt for decorating.

Bring a potluck style dish to share with the community as we will enjoy food in between the dancing & yoga.

No experience required, come as you are with an open mind & heart to have fun and celebrate with other likeminded individuals.
