Join us at A Sacred Sanctuary Saturday February 15th @ 12noon for Cacao, painting & Finger Foods in the name of Love!
The intention behind this afternoon is to Celebrate & Honor Self Love, Love for Creator, Love in Friendships, Family Love, The Joy of pets, Love for our Children, Love for Mother Earth & Love for our significant other regardless of gender. Please bring a friend, lover, child or just yourself all are welcome with Love.
We will begin with Cacao a heart opening, bliss activating ceremonial grade chocolate served warm with your choice of Kava as well.
Following our Cacao ceremony, we will be painting your choice style of a heart. Maybe it’s a broken heart, maybe it’s a heart full of Love, or maybe it’s a heart full of Sunshine regardless we will offer multiple styles of hearts to paint on this most glorious day celebrating Love for self as well as others.
We will also.
- “Write a Love letter” to the universe: Write a heartfelt letter expressing gratitude and intentions for love in your life, then ceremoniously burn it or bury it as a symbolic act of release.
- “Love is the answer” discussion group: Gather to discuss spiritual teachings on love, exploring different perspectives and interpretations.
We will be serving finger foods made in the shapes of hearts for all to enjoy as well.
Ending the afternoon with a Song, light drumming and a circle honoring Love.

How to Raise Your Consciousness: A Step-by-Step Guide & Workshop at A Sacred Sanctuary a Wellness & Retreat Center dedicated to assisting humanity in raising their consciousness, the ascension process, and truth!
Join us Saturday afternoon March 28th from 2-4pm for an enlightening workshop with other like-minded souls on the path of self-discovery where together we will learn what is Consciousness, how to raise it, and why’s it’s beneficial to do so.
When our consciousness is at lower levels, your awareness is fragmented, reactive, and fear based. You live in a mental loop, feeling separate from others, disconnected from intuition, and driven by survival mechanisms.
But as consciousness expands, your experience shifts from:
- Conflict → Curiosity
- Judgment → Presence
- Fragmentation → Wholeness
- Egoic identity → Universal awareness
And this expansion isn’t just spiritual — it’s also biochemical, neurological, emotional, and social.
During this workshop we will discuss scientific facts, spiritual techniques as well as physical facts and practices commonly used in successfully raising your consciousness. The types of consciousness from separation to Christ & even Unity Consciousness.
When boiled down, raising your consciousness is about bringing awareness into your life. In other words, much like mindfulness, raising your consciousness is about finding yourself at the moment and seeing everything for what it is.
Instead of looking at things through your personal preferences and the conditions brought on you by your upbringing and society, you see things as they truly are.
But that is such a simple answer, and if you’re truly diving into what raising your consciousness means, you probably want more and this workshop is for you.
Raising your consciousness simply means becoming in tune with the world within you and the world without. Doing so can have a ton of great benefits to your life, including allowing you to live it to its fullest.
We will provide a Step-by-step informative guide, a guided meditation with the intention to create mindfulness, and time for questions and discussion.
Please bring with you a journal, pen, water bottle, small blanket & eye mask for meditation.
