Come and celebrate life and experience the magic and joy of Secret Sunrise! 

Secret Sunrise is a guided dance that celebrates life through music, movement and connection. We use a mix of breath relaxation techniques, mindfulness, play and dance with wireless headphones to create a unique experience like no other. Skilled facilitators will guide you along the way – all ages are welcomed and no dance experience is necessary!

What to Expect

The session is 60 minutes long, and will start with gentle mindfulness before you are guided to dance through a journey of uplifting music, incorporating playfulness, movement, connection, and joy. It is an experience like no other! When you arrive, you will be given a pair of wireless headphones, which will help you to truly feel immersed in the music and the moment, and you will be able to hear your Facilitator through the headphones. 

Start your weekend in epic fashion by attending this joy filled session just after sunrise!

Please arrive @8:15 or before to  check in, receive your headphones and find a comfy space. Our session starts promptly at 8:30am. If weather permits, we will dance near the big wisdom tree in the pasture. Therapy horses Indigo and Journey will  look in on us as we create joy together. If conditions are wet we will hold our session in the sanctuary. 

What to bring: 

• A yoga mat or towel/blanket to lay down on
• A bottle of water
• An open mind 🙂 
• Layered clothing – quirky, colorful and fun clothing make us smile!!!

We will be moving for 60 minutes, so please wear comfortable and warm layered clothing that you can move freely in. Feel free to express your playfulness or individuality with your clothing.
