Via movement, breath, meditation & sound explore who you really are, stepping into that power & divine knowing through expressing your body in a way that feels good, lyrical therapy, drumming & breathwork. We will create a space via meditation for your voice, movement & breath to allow for your greatest & highest good to flow through. We will end the evening with a Sound Journey.
A journey of letting go, but yet letting the Divine Flow.
Jules is a trained Yogi, Breathwork Facilitator & Way shower here to raise the consciousness of humanity. She shares her gifts beautifully, is a phenomenal facilitator & loves anything & everything spiritual.
Traci being her soul sister, mirrors all of the above but is a Yogi at heart.
Together they are shifting the consciousness of humanity, anchoring the divine feminine & leaving people educated, empowered, activated & inspired. They promote the total healing experience of mind, body & soul throughout all their workshops.

How to Raise Your Consciousness: A Step-by-Step Guide & Workshop at A Sacred Sanctuary a Wellness & Retreat Center dedicated to assisting humanity in raising their consciousness, the ascension process, and truth!
Join us Saturday afternoon March 28th from 2-4pm for an enlightening workshop with other like-minded souls on the path of self-discovery where together we will learn what is Consciousness, how to raise it, and why’s it’s beneficial to do so.
When our consciousness is at lower levels, your awareness is fragmented, reactive, and fear based. You live in a mental loop, feeling separate from others, disconnected from intuition, and driven by survival mechanisms.
But as consciousness expands, your experience shifts from:
- Conflict → Curiosity
- Judgment → Presence
- Fragmentation → Wholeness
- Egoic identity → Universal awareness
And this expansion isn’t just spiritual — it’s also biochemical, neurological, emotional, and social.
During this workshop we will discuss scientific facts, spiritual techniques as well as physical facts and practices commonly used in successfully raising your consciousness. The types of consciousness from separation to Christ & even Unity Consciousness.
When boiled down, raising your consciousness is about bringing awareness into your life. In other words, much like mindfulness, raising your consciousness is about finding yourself at the moment and seeing everything for what it is.
Instead of looking at things through your personal preferences and the conditions brought on you by your upbringing and society, you see things as they truly are.
But that is such a simple answer, and if you’re truly diving into what raising your consciousness means, you probably want more and this workshop is for you.
Raising your consciousness simply means becoming in tune with the world within you and the world without. Doing so can have a ton of great benefits to your life, including allowing you to live it to its fullest.
We will provide a Step-by-step informative guide, a guided meditation with the intention to create mindfulness, and time for questions and discussion.
Please bring with you a journal, pen, water bottle, small blanket & eye mask for meditation.
