Ignite your Fire, Feel your Fire, and Burn the Fire within to find Euphoria during an incredible journey of Cold Plunge, Sauna/ Hot Tub, Breathwork, and Sound Healing for our special Men’s and Women’s mini retreat at A Sacred Sanctuary on November 10th from 11am-3pm.

We will be guiding you with support and some training as well as educating you on the powerful benefits of cold plugging, then giving you time to relax in an infrared sauna, hot tub or both… After that powerful experience we will provide some time for light, healthy treats as well as fresh cold pressed juices, and connection with other like-minded souls.

The second part of the retreat experience will be an hour long somatic breathwork journey, to help release karmic patterns that are holding you back in life, so you can receive incredible visions of where you’re headed, and possibilities for your future…

We will then end with a beautiful sound healing experience to help bring even more calm, clarity, and healing to the body.
