Gathering to honor Friday the 13th also known as the Day of the Goddess for a Divine Feminine Goddess Circle & Sound Immersion where we will also prepare for the upcoming Spring Equinox/Real New Year.
Friday the 13th is one of the most sacred days in the world of the Sacred Feminine tradition.
13 is the most sacred number, being that there are 13 moon cycles in a year and people who bleed, bleed 13 times in a year.
Friday is “Freya Day”, the goddess of love, sensuality, and fertility – also known as Venus. Put the two together and you have a holy day – and a perfect opportunity to do some magic.
Centuries ago, there was a slow and torturous erasure of the Sacred Feminine, they brainwashed people into thinking that the most sacred day was the unluckiest day. They brainwashed people into thinking that witches are evil even though the root of the word is “wise one” and refers to those who are in tune with the Earth. They brainwashed us to believe that the female Christ, Mary Magdalene was a whore, and Mother Mary was a pious virgin, instead of one of the most powerful Priestesses that has ever lived. The list goes on and on. When the things that are truly sacred are flipped to be evil, things are of us & inside of us, we then think that we are inherently evil.
Within each of us is the spark of magic, an innate connection to the earth, the feeling of joy when we move our bodies, the feeling of power when we connect with the desires, dreams, and potential of our souls. When that fire inevitably comes forward, and we’ve been taught it’s wrong, we put it out because we have become scared of ourselves.
Friday the 13th is not unlucky, it’s the luckiest, and it’s the perfect opportunity to do some magic, to work with the part of you that feels dark and scary. Maybe you have been avoiding her, or maybe she’s been leading the way for a while and it’s time for her to rest. The energy this last couple of months has been really wild. Maybe we say that all the time (lol).
We will end with a meditation to connect with those hidden parts/aspects of our sacred feminine, followed by a Sound Immersion.
Please bring with you a small blanket, eye mask, journal, pen and a water bottle.

In Colossians, St. Paul speaks of Christ as the “head” to which all parts of the Church are fixed and nourished. This is parallel to the physical fact that from the brain, CSF or Christ oil nourishes the entire body also.

What is Inner Child Work/Healing and Why Does It Matter?
Inner Child Work is one of the most healing and profound forms of inner work you can do. So much of our behavior, aversions, and neuroses in the present can be solved by exploring, embracing, and communicating with the inner child.
A handful of common signs that your inner child is wounded include:
- Deep fears of abandonment or rejection
- Struggles with self-worth and self-criticism
- Emotional dysregulation (feeling like your emotions are “too much”)
- Self-sabotage in relationships, career, or personal growth
- Feeling numb, disconnected, or chronically anxious
- Shameful about who we are
- Fearful about the world
- Mistrust toward other people
- Unintelligent or ungifted
- Feeling Unwanted or like a burden
- Suppressed Childhood memories or lack thereof
The purpose of inner child work isn’t just to revisit the past, or get rid of parts of yourself that have served to protect your inner child.
Instead, the goal is integration: learning to listen to and care for these younger parts so they no longer feel stuck in old pain or survival responses.
During this workshop we will share a powerful inner child meditation with the group as well as journaling exercises. Printed material will be provided.
Healing your inner child is sacred work. It’s not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that needed love and safety but didn’t receive it. And as you do this child work, something beautiful happens: the child within you begins to trust again!
