Inner Child Healing

You say yes when every part of you wants to say no. You walk away from a conversation feeling invisible. You snap at someone over something small. You replay what someone said days ago and still can't let it go.

Those moments are often driven by a part of you that was never fully processed when you were young — a part of you that still carries unmet needs, old fears, and emotional patterns formed in childhood.

Most people are of the impression that they are say 30 or 40 years old & that they have somehow outgrown their childhood. I often hear Ive done the work. I’ve forgiven my mother. I’ve forgiven my father….and what we all fail to realize is that our inner child who had these traumatic experiences in childhood or as a teenager are still out there in another dimension, stuck, hidden or fearful of change & in need of re-parenting.

These aspects don’t just disappear, or change as you do; they require connection, love & encouragement to walk into the light with you!

Forgiving the parents does not set the Inner Child free, it is simply a piece to the puzzle.

The missing piece is not silencing the inner child. It’s knowing how to partner with him/her.

During the session I will guide you through a meditation, or connection point from childhood, request connection with the inner child,embrace, re-parent, retrieve aspects/memories, and facilitate the inner child returning to the light from the dark. Essentially loving them free. Often clients are significantly lighter energetically, physically and even appear differently after the session. Oftentimes we experience multiple versions or ages of the inner child coming forward for healing during a session, sometimes only one, it takes time, we allow & trust and never force. It's a delicate yet beautifully life changing event that frees the aspect of you so that you may rise into the greatest & highest version you came here to be.
