Cold Plunge

A centuries-old, revered tradition, diligently practiced by elite athletes after every athletic performance, this health-boosting process of first taking an ice bath then immediately contrasting that with a sauna’s radiant heat, startles your mind, body, and immune system to new levels of supreme function!

Just one cold plunge session can have an immediate and drastic impact on your feelings and well-being — releasing endorphins improving your mood, boosting energy levels, reducing inflammation, and strengthening your immune system.

During a private session as your facilitator, I am here to guide you through this experience to insure it’s a great one!

Please note it is recommended that you bring a water bottle with you, a change of clothes, and towels for after your session.

Infra-red sauna

Sit and relax while you get rid of your body’s built-up toxins and burn calories at the same time. Infa-red sessions can also help to improve circulation, aid in pain relief, and release any un-wanted toxins in your body through sweating.
